M Group Energy is looking for Meter Readers for our client based in Cambridge. This is a temporary contract with ongoing opportunities.

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. You will complete a structured training program before heading into the field.

You’ll read meters, record readings accurately, and interact with the public, while staying safe and delivering excellent service with support from your field manager.

Qualifications

• Structured training program before field work.
• Ability to safely access meters inside or outside properties.
• Commitment to customer service while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Read meters and record information accurately.
• Plan and follow field route using handheld device.
• Work independently with support from field manager.
• Ensure safety and customer service in all visits.
