Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory across Hervey Bay and surrounds. This ongoing casual role focuses on replenishment, ticketing, displays, compliance audits, and new product launches while building strong retailer relationships.

You will work approx. 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule, a preference for Monday to Friday availability, and a requirement for a current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Supermarket/retail experience is desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle are required.
• Strong and friendly communication with good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently.
• Capability to perform physical and repetitive tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients professionally.
• Safely perform the physical requirements of the role.
