HaltH Pty is seeking a Social Media Manager to embed with the team in Sydney, joining real appointments and provider visits to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes content. The role blends fieldwork with craft and requires turning moments into engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

You will film on location, edit for short and long-form formats, and manage captions and a content calendar while building a community in health, finance and technology.

Qualifications

• Proven track record creating social content that drives real engagement.
• Experience filming on location in clinical/health settings.
• Strong storytelling across real environments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend filming days on location at health provider clinics in Sydney.
• Capture authentic moments and product demos in real settings.
• Edit footage into platform-native content for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Write captions and copy that match HaltH’s voice.
• Build and manage a content calendar and publish across platforms.
• Track performance metrics and inform content decisions with data.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams on launches and campaigns.
• Engage daily with the online community and grow HaltH’s presence.
