Job summary

Haymond Consulting Group Pty Ltd – Ingleburn NSW is seeking an experienced Fibreglass Fabricator to join our fabrication team. This hands-on role involves fabricating, finishing and assembling fibreglass components in our workshop to meet drawings and customer specifications.

You will work from drawings and specifications, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to a small, skilled team in a stable Australian manufacturing business. Competitive remuneration based on experience is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in fibreglass, GRP or composite fabrication.
• Ability to read drawings and follow specifications.
• Practical hands-on manufacturing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in workshop.

Responsibilities

• Fibreglass fabrication, laminating and finishing.
• Preparing moulds and surfaces.
• Cutting, shaping and fitting fibreglass materials.
• Applying resin, glass fibre and other composite materials.
• Grinding, sanding and finishing completed products.
• Working from drawings, measurements and specifications.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean and safe fabrication area.
• Working as part of a small, experienced fabrication team.
