Job summary

HOUSE is recruiting for festive retail roles to help customers choose cookware, bakeware and kitchen essentials during the busy season. You’ll share product knowledge, tips, and inspiration, delivering friendly service in-store across locations.

Join a fun, supportive team with ongoing product training, opportunities to work across stores and potential roles beyond Christmas. Prior retail or guest-facing experience is helpful but not strictly required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Love food, cooking, entertaining and kitchen knowledge is a plus.
• Positive energy and enthusiasm for every shift.
• Enjoy talking to customers and helping them find products.
• Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Confident in busy environments and able to multitask during peak periods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected.
• Flexible across weekdays, evenings, weekends and the Christmas/New Year period.
• Team player with a passion for HOUSE and homewares.
