Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Clinic Manager to lead our Fertility First clinic in Hurstville. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the clinic's growth and success—driving marketing initiatives to attract and engage patients, building strong relationships with our doctors, and championing a seamless patient experience from first enquiry to treatment.

You’ll provide leadership and support to our Nursing, Embryology, Administration and Reception teams, fostering a positive, collaborative culture where everyone thrives.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for this role, ideally with experience within the Fertility industry. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build a strong culture, solid operations experience with the capability to work broadly across the clinic and a strong commercial acumen. As the Clinic Manager you will play a critical role in the growth of the clinic, nurturing doctor relationships and ensuring the continuous delivery of an exceptional patient experience - we are seeking some who has delivered all these things before and is ready for a new challenge!
