Job summary

Sirius. in Sydney CBD (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week in office) seeks a Senior Fenergo Configurator / Business Analyst to configure FenX SaaS platform for Client Lifecycle Management and onboarding workflows.

The role combines BA and hands-on platform configuration, working with delivery leads, vendors and stakeholders to build and refine platform features and document solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring the Fenergo FenX SaaS platform.
• Strong BA skills with the ability to document and translate requirements into configuration specs.
• Experience working with vendors and internal delivery teams in complex programmes.
• Proven ability to support SIT/UAT and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Platform configuration: end-to-end setup of FenX workflows, data models and user journeys.

Senior Fenergo Configurator / Business Analyst (FenX)

Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week in office)

Contract Duration: 12 Months with likely extension

Role Overview

Our client is a leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Fenergo Configurator / Business Analyst to join a high-priority enterprise delivery program. In this role, you will play a key part in configuring and implementing Fenergo’s modern SaaS platform (FenX) to support enterprise Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and onboarding workflows.

This position requires a hybrid practitioner capable of combining sharp Business Analysis skills with hands‑on technical platform configuration capabilities. You will work closely with delivery leads, third‑party software vendors, and internal stakeholders to build, document, and refine platform features.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Configuration: Execute end-to-end configuration of the Fenergo FenX SaaS platform, including workflow rules, user journeys, data models, and entity structures.


• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Liaise with business leads and tech teams to gather, document, and translate functional/non-functional requirements into clear technical configuration specs.


• Vendor & Integration Alignment: Collaborate across multi-vendor ecosystems (including enterprise service providers and software vendors) to ensure smooth integration and dependency management.


• Testing & Defect Management: Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), actively identifying and resolving configuration-related issues.


• Program Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration logs, and solution design records across the program repository.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Fenergo FenX Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring the Fenergo platform, with specific knowledge of the FenX SaaS environment.


• Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Banking or Financial Services, with detailed understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC/AML regulations, and enterprise onboarding processes.


• Hybrid Skillset: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as both a Business Analyst (process mapping, requirements gathering) and a hands‑on technical configurator.


• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Proven experience working alongside third-party vendors and internal cross‑functional delivery teams.


• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical configuration requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
