Job summary

CSBS Group in Currimundi, Queensland, is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to join a 24/7 support team for a female participant. The role is Casual/PPT with 60+ hours and varied shifts.

We provide comprehensive induction training, MAYBO training, paid buddy shifts, and ongoing development opportunities. CSBS Group is an NDIS-registered provider focused on dignity, choice and co-design.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check current.
• Open Queensland Driver Licence.
• Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Support a female participant in Currimundi as part of a 24/7 roster.
• Take on afternoon, sleepover and active awake overnight shifts.
• Engage in relationship-based support to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Participate in paid induction and ongoing training.

This position supports a female participant in Currimundi. As part of a 24/7 support team, shifts may include:

• Afternoon shifts
• Passive sleepover shifts
