Home Care Assistance Sunshine Coast is growing and inviting passionate Care Workers to join our Sunshine Coast Casual Talent Pool. Work across Caloundra, Maroochydore or Noosa and surrounding areas with flexible shifts to fit study or other commitments.

You'll support clients in their homes and in the community with personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, and transport. Ideal candidates are 18+ and Australian citizens or permanent residents.

• Australian citizens or permanent residents only.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is compulsory.
• First Aid/ CPR Certification is compulsory or willing to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Check is compulsory or willing to obtain.
• Police Check (National Police Certificate) or willingness to undergo as part of employment.
• Reliable smartphone with data is compulsory.
• A current Australian driver’s license is compulsory.
• Comprehensive car insurance is compulsory.

About the Role:

Candidates must be 18+ years of age to be considered for this position.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this position.

As a Care Worker, you'll support our clients in their own homes and out in the community. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.

Providing companionship, emotional and social support.

Providing Transport services.

Ensuring the safety of clients during the service and supporting their needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in either:

1 - 2 years as an aged Care Worker either in a participant's home or in an Aged Care Facility

A student nurse requiring experience in Aged Care. We have hours available to support you while you gain practical experience and continue your studies.

Licence/Certification:

A reliable smartphone with data (Compulsory).

A current Australian driver's licence (Compulsory).

Comprehensive car insurance (Compulsory).

Police Check (National Police Certificate) or willingness to undergo as part of the employment process.

A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care); (compulsory)

First Aid / CPR Certification (Compulsory or willing to obtain)

NDIS Worker Check (Compulsory or willing to obtain)
