Job summary

Richlands 3PL is seeking an EPJ Pick Packer for a morning shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate EPJs, pick orders with RF/Voice tech, and prepare pallets for dispatch while keeping safety and efficiency at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) in a busy warehouse.
• Available for early morning shift starts (Mon-Fri).
• Experience using RF scanners or Voice Pick tech.
• Physically fit for continuous walking and manual handling (up to 20kg).
• High reliability and attendance with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) to move stock and stage orders.
• Perform fast and accurate picking using RF scanners or Voice Pick.
• Build, wrap, label, and stack pallets for dispatch.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to site safety rules.
