Job summary

The Yiros Shop Beenleigh is hiring experienced Fast Food Team Members for the Beenleigh restaurant. Join a family-owned group delivering Greek-inspired street food with speed, quality ingredients and a welcoming culture.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to cover breakfast through dinner shifts, including weekends. Prior fast food or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential. Full training is provided to help you succeed.

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for great service.
• Reliable, punctual and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends and school holidays.
• Prior fast food or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

• Prepare and serve Greek street food quickly and with a smile.
• Deliver friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
• Cash handling and register operation.
• Food prep and kitchen operations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Keep the restaurant clean and meet food safety standards.
• Work as part of a team to hit restaurant goals each shift.
