Job summary

Stylerunner is seeking a talented full-time Fashion Designer to join our Vertical Brands team in Sydney, shaping product across ODE, Stylerunner The Label, Liido and Felle.

You'll manage design from inspiration to production, translate trends into commercially successful ranges, and collaborate with Buying, Production and Planning to deliver cohesive products.

With 5+ years in fashion design and proficiency in CAD and Adobe Illustrator, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Fashion Design, ideally within a fashion brand environment, along with a relevant Fashion Design qualification.

Responsibilities

• Research global fashion, lifestyle and product trends and translate them into commercially relevant product.
• Design and develop seasonal ranges across assigned categories for ODE, Stylerunner The Label, Liido and Felle.
• Create concepts, colour palettes, prints, silhouettes, CADs and product specifications.
• Work closely with Buying, Production and Planning to build cohesive and commercially successful ranges.
• Select fabrics, trims, colours and finishes that bring your designs to life.
• Attend fittings, review samples and provide clear direction throughout the development process.
• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends to inform future product decisions.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
• Manage multiple styles and projects while delivering to key seasonal deadlines.

What we're looking for

You'll have 5+ years' experience in Fashion Design, ideally within a fashion brand environment, along with a relevant Fashion Design qualification.
