Job summary

The Aje Collective is seeking a creative, senior Graphic Designer to lead the design of ecommerce, marketing assets and brand collateral in collaboration with our Creative Director and Marketing teams. You will translate concepts into visually compelling digital and print content from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic across all channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and video editing tools.
• Proficiency in motion image design for social media and web.
• Excellent eye for typography, grids, and brand DNA.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design site experiences and marketing collateral across ecommerce, social, and email.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content.
• Oversee asset creation for campaigns, press, and wholesale materials.
• Support pre- and post-production of look books and editorial content.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and style guides.
