Job summary

The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre – Warrnambool VIC is seeking a Family Violence Case Manager to support women and children affected by violence. The role focuses on assessing risk and coordinating client needs within a collaborative, client-centered framework.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain confidential records, and apply trauma-informed practice while promoting safety and empowerment for clients. The position is full-time at the Warrnambool office.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate qualification in psychology, social work or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum two years’ relevant experience is desirable.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check are required.

• Provide support to women and children experiencing family violence.
• Continuously assess client risk and safety needs.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate services.
