Job summary

Greysilver Group is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Family Law team in Sydney. You will take ownership of matters including divorce, complex property disputes, and parenting arrangements, while engaging in mediation and dispute resolution alongside a high-calibre team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE in Family Law, a strong client-focused approach, and a collaborative mindset to support clients through challenging times.

The role

You’ll join a high-performing Family Law team, taking ownership of matters including:

• Divorce and separation;
• Complex property disputes;
• Child support and parenting arrangements; and
• Mediation & Dispute Resolution.

You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside a partner with over 3 0 years’ experience within Family Law, and amongst a very competent team of Special Counsels, Associates, Lawyers and Paralegals.

About you

You are a Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate (at least 3+ years’ PQE) with solid grounding in Family Law. You have a passion for people, and a desire to help clients during some of their most challenging times.

You are compassionate, commercially astute, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others. You value precision, client trust, and meaningful professional growth & development.
