ATSILS QLD LTD in Mackay is seeking an experienced Family/Civil Law Legal Practitioner to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities with dedicated, justice‑focused service.

You must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland (or eligible for immediate Practising Certificate) and have at least two years' full‑time experience across Family and Civil Law, including Child Protection and Domestic Violence matters, with a commitment to culturally competent service.

Qualificações

• Admitted as Legal Practitioner in Queensland or eligible for immediate Practising Certificate, and admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
• Experience across Family and Civil Law proceedings including Child Protection and Domestic Violence.
• Minimum two years full-time experience with resilience in complex cases and cultural competence.
