Job summary

TAFE Queensland on the Gold Coast is seeking a part-time Faculty Support Coordinator (AO5, 0.9 FTE) to join our Business, Education, Hospitality & Language faculty across Southport and Robina campuses.

You will provide high-level administrative support, coordinate services for diverse stakeholders, and assist with financial and procurement tasks to ensure a high-quality student experience and delivery of key programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational settings is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage administrative functions with deadlines.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders across campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative support to Faculty management.
• Coordinate liaison with teachers, students and external/internal stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation of reports, proposals and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with educational planning processes and with financial/procurement support as needed.
• Develop and review administrative systems to ensure timely reporting and audit compliance.
• Support Faculty management to maintain effective student engagement and operations.
