Job description

Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking multiple Factual Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Perth and across WA.

As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day.

We are keen to hear from anyone seeking full time employment.

We are also open to hearing from those working as contracting entities.

Responsibilities
  • Attend various locations, predominantly within Perth and a proportion of work across WA
  • Interview appropriate key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence and produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties
  • Prepare and draft factual reports
Qualifications
  • Hold a Certificate III in Investigations
  • Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (Agent licence also required for subcontracting work)
  • Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle
  • Experience conducting Workers Compensation or CTP investigations is highly desirable
  • Experience working with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia
  • Have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
  • Are self‑motivated and able to work within strict time frames
  • If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances
