The role offers autonomy and flexibility, with responsibilities including attending locations, interviewing parties, and preparing reports. Candidates should hold a Certificate III in Investigations and an Investigators Licence. A strong focus on communication skills and attention to detail is essential. Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking multiple Factual Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Perth and across WA.
