Job summary

Direct Personnel is seeking experienced Factory Workers for a busy processing facility in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. This hands-on role covers sorting, processing materials, operating machinery and forklift duties.

You should have factory experience, LF forklift licence, reliability, ability to work independently, and a strong safety mindset. Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in factory, manufacturing or production environments.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Reliable attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Confidence working independently and using initiative.
• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet.
• Good understanding of workplace safety.
• Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Direct Personnel are looking for experienced Factory Workers to join our client at a busy processing facility in Eagle Farm.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll be involved in a bit of everything, from sorting and processing materials to operating machinery and jumping on the forklift when needed.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, isn't afraid of physical work and can get stuck in without needing someone looking over their shoulder.
