A social enterprise organization in Queensland is seeking dedicated team members for a Full-Time position based at Eagle Farm. Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional standard of personal appearance and conduct.
• Assist in maintaining a workplace that is safe, clean, and uncluttered.
• Operate machinery to manufacture goods as directed.
• Ensure workspace is safe and tidy.
• Comply with the organization's Code of Conduct.
• Use machines safely and as instructed
• Sign off times on Quality Control sheet as required
• Other duties as required to meet operational needs
• Be polite and professional towards any customers who enter the workspace
• Attending work on rostered days
• Comply with HELP’s Code of Conduct and all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a professional standard of personal appearance and conduct.
• Assist in maintaining a workplace that is safe, clean and uncluttered and to report any concerns regarding equipment to the Team Leader
• Work with Team Leader or Production Support Officer to achieve personal work goals
• Operate machinery such as welders, presses, saws, drills and hand tools to manufacture goods as directed by Team Leader
• Ensure workspace is safe and tidy
• Use machines safely and as instructed
• Sign off times on Quality Control sheet as required
• Other duties as required to meet operational needs
• Be polite and professional towards any customers who enter the workspace
• Attending work on rostered days
• Comply with HELP’s Code of Conduct and all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
