Job summary

Mitchell Morley Employees on Sydney North Shore NSW seeks a Facilities Manager - Health, Safety & Site Services. This newly created role leads the building, safety and site services, reporting to the General Manager of Operations, with an Equipment & Facilities Officer and a General Maintenance role reporting to you.

You will own end‑to‑end facilities and infrastructure, manage preventive maintenance, capital works and contractor governance, lead WHS, chair the site WHS committee, coordinate

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a facilities, site or building management role.
• Ability to read a facility budget and contribute to CapEx planning.
• WHS qualifications or certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end facilities and infrastructure for the site.
• Lead preventive maintenance and capital works projects.
• Coordinate contractors and trades; manage procurement/contract governance.
• Head the WHS program: risk assessments, SWMS, and training.
• Oversee site services: security, cleaning, waste and utilities.
