A premium private golf and country club in Sanctuary Cove is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager. We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Facilities Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and presentation of our built assets, clubhouse facilities, and operational infrastructure. This role is vital in ensuring that all Club buildings, equipment, and essential services operate safely, efficiently, and to the high standards expected of a premium private golf and country club.
You will lead by example in safety and compliance, ensuring the Club meets or exceeds WHS standards for members, guests, staff, and contractors. The Facilities Manager will also coordinate and oversee contractors on site, including scheduling works, meeting and inducting contractors, and ensuring all activities are carried out safely and to specification.
Reporting to the Golf and Clubhouse Manager, this hands‑on role ensures all built assets and infrastructure operate safely and efficiently, aligning with the Club’s premium standards.
This is a part‑time position, working between three and four days per week. We are flexible regarding which days and hours are worked and can reach agreement on a pattern that suits both you and the Club. However, the successful candidate will need to be available on site when planned works are being carried out to meet and induct contractors. However, for the right applicant we would consider full‑time employment.
