Job summary

Harmony Early Education is seeking a Maintenance Person to support several Brisbane and Ipswich centres. You will perform general maintenance, repairs, painting, and minor improvements while ensuring environments are safe and well-presented.

Two years in property maintenance is preferred, along with a current Police Check and Blue Card. A driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or as a handyperson.
• Ability to travel between centres.
• Current National Police Check (Criminal History).
• Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned maintenance, repairs and facility upkeep as requested.
• Maintain high presentation standards across environments.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Work safely within active early learning environments.
• Build positive relationships with centre teams and stakeholders.
