Century 21 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our Rockhampton team. This full-time role focuses on keeping buildings, systems and equipment in optimal condition to ensure safety, comfort and tenant satisfaction.

Competenze

• Qualified tradesperson or apprentice in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
• Experience as Maintenance Person or Facilities Technician in commercial or residential settings.
• Knowledge of building systems: heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential and commercial properties.
• Identify, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and materials used.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for specialist work.
