Qualifications

• Moderate experience as a Maintenance Officer is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and health principles is preferred.
• Proficient in Facilities Maintenance, Repair Techniques, Plant Operations, Knowledge of OHS Standards and Maintenance Equipment Management Skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes general building maintenance and repairs, ensuring work meets trade and Australian standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderly presentation of gardens and common areas.
• Communicates with customers to ensure maintenance services meet expectations and addresses issues.
• Conducts regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, including plumbing and electrical upkeep.
