A governmental educational organization is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to manage infrastructure contracts across NSW. The successful applicant will engage with stakeholders, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, and provide expert support to regional offices. Required qualifications include relevant tertiary education in engineering or facilities management, alongside strong planning and prioritization skills. Plan, prioritise and implement a range of facilities management services, including building maintenance services, to ensure that the Department's educational facilities are compliant with relevant legislative requirements, building and WH&S standards, specifications and guidelines.
We are looking for a facilities maintenance professional to join our team that centrally manages the School Infrastructure Facilities Maintenance contracts across NSW.
The successful applicant will be required to work both autonomously and as part of a team to provide expert advice, guidance and support to School Infrastructure Regional Offices.
