Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities coordination, property maintenance or related fields.
  • Experience managing in-house and outsourced service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of WHS standards and building codes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to implement initiatives effectively and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage an integrated Facilities Maintenance and Management Plan.
  • Oversee property maintenance and operations, both in-house and via contractors.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to support effective facilities management.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure local needs are reflected in property management.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS practices and risk management protocols.
