Job summary

CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator in Perth is seeking an experienced facilities professional to deliver world-class service to employees and guests within a designated building.

You will lead hard services operations, manage contractor relationships, ensure WHS compliance, and support maintenance planning, CAPEX projects, and incident response.

This role requires 5+ years in facilities and a trade or FM qualification, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in facilities and workplace management, specifically with hard services.
  • Strong understanding of building services and essential services compliance.
  • Experience with contractor management.
  • Strong understanding of WHS principles and site safety requirements.
  • Out-of-hours support for critical incidents or shutdown activities.
  • Trade qualification, facilities management qualification, or related technical background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical services for the site and support others with expertise both locally and globally.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships. Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Develop vendor partnerships with the intention of cost saving efforts. Manage negotiations for contract services.
  • Support with HSE standards, practices and tools within the account, in alignment with MSA.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Coordinate day-to-day hard services operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, lifts, building fabric, and essential services
  • Assist with planning and delivery of preventative maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and minimise downtime
  • Support reactive maintenance requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify defects, safety issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Support minor works, refurbishments, and CAPEX projects, including quotations, scheduling, access coordination, and completion verification
  • Monitor contractor performance against agreed service levels, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Verify completion of works and support invoice validation against scope and agreed rates
  • Escalate performance, safety, or quality concerns to the Senior Workplace Experience Manager as required
  • Ensure all hard services activities comply with WHS legislation, client standards, and CBRE policies
  • Support incident management, including reporting in Enablon and implementation of corrective actions
  • Provide clear, proactive communication for outages, maintenance activities, and service disruptions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building performance and workplace experience
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance documentation, and asset information
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for hard services activities

About The Role

What You'll Do
