seek.com.au is seeking an Asset Manager to lead the management of service provider contracts and relationships to ensure smooth facility operations and delivery of contractual obligations.

Reporting to the General Manager, the role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors KPIs, QA standards, and budget, and contributes to revenue growth opportunities. Pre-employment qualification and working rights verification are required for all successful candidates.

Competenze

• Experience in asset management or contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple parties.
• Understanding of quality, risk, security, safety, emergency management and related legislation.
• Ability to manage contractual relationships within a KPI environment.
• Finance and budget management skills.

• Actively manage key service providers to meet contracted KPIs.
• Oversee the facility’s daily operations within QA standards and budget.
