Job Description

We are seeking a Facility & Contract Associate Director to provide strategic and practical leadership across DRA's contracts, facilities and associated compliance obligations.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring DRA's contractual arrangements and facilities support safe, compliant and effective operations.

This is a part-time – Fixed term role ending March .

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage contracts across their full lifecycle, including negotiation, renewal, variation and termination.
  • Maintain a central contract register and oversee key milestones and compliance requirements.
  • Provide advice to leaders and teams on contractual, legal, commercial and procurement matters.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors, insurers, suppliers and property managers.
  • Oversee facility leases, service contracts and essential building services.
  • Monitor contractor performance, safety and access compliance.
  • Identify, manage and report on contractual and facilities-related risks.
  • Support budgeting, reporting and continuous improvement across contracts and facilities.
