Job summary

Veolia in Bunbury, WA is seeking an Administration Purchasing Assistant (Fabrication) to ensure efficient sourcing of parts for fabrication jobs while maintaining supplier relationships.

You will coordinate receivable goods, manage inventory, adhere to QMS procedures and support delivery timelines, costing, and safety/compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have customer service experience and a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
• Ability to organise, manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receivable goods into the store and handle related documentation.
• Ensure purchasing procedures align with the company QMS.
• Manage inventory for client contracts, including documentation and certification.
• Plan all goods inwards to meet job priority timelines.
• Issue jobs to Supervisors when ready and track costing and job history.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers as required.
