Develop to achieve a range of trade skills and knowledge to support the success of delivering maintenance and capital project delivery performance objectives for operational and customer needs. While developing your craft demonstrate sound understanding of corporate processes and systems.

• Supporting maintenance teams with day-to-day operations.

• Learning about asset management, safety practices, and compliance standards.

• Actively participating in team discussions and continuous improvement.

• Committing to and successfully completing all components of your TAFE studies and training requirements.
