Job summary

Ingenia Communities in Queensland's Rivershore Holiday Park is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager for Driftwood Restaurant to lead a vibrant venue team and create memorable dining experiences. You will oversee shifts, rosters, coaching, stock and supplier management, and uphold food safety, licensing, and cash handling processes to deliver exceptional guest service.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a growing hospitality destination with opportunities to influence menu and service

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and running a busy venue.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, licensing and compliance.
• Ability to build and coach high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in stock control and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a vibrant venue team and create welcoming experiences.
• Oversee shifts, rosters and coaching to develop staff.
• Manage stock, suppliers, and costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Handle cash, licensing, compliance, and POS processes.
