Alex Heads Hotel is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant to welcome guests and deliver memorable service on the Sunshine Coast. You will share your passion for our food and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations to enhance each guest’s visit.

You’ll be on the front lines, providing top-notch service from the first pour to closing, upholding our high standards and energetic, friendly vibe. A flexible roster and physical role are expected.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and stock movement.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the floor, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable visit.
• Share product passion and recommend meals and drinks to guests.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and create fun, memorable interactions.
• From opening to closing, uphold standards and maintain a first-class guest experience.
