Job summary

Oscar Wylee Pty in Australia is seeking an Optical Dispenser to blend fashion retail with eye care. You will provide eye care advice and eyewear styling tailored to each patient entering the store.

You will dispense lenses and frames based on prescriptions from our Optometrists, and build meaningful relationships to encourage repeat visits while assisting with store opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years retail sales experience.
• Reliable with previous experience in store opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding eye care and eyewear styling advice tailored to each patient and potential clientele who enter the store.
• Dispensing lenses and frames based on the prescription of each patient, provided by our Optometrists.
• Building meaningful and affirming relationships with our patients- give them a reason to visit us again!
• Assisting with the opening and closing procedures everyday.
