EY Parthenon - Consultant or Senior Consultant - Capital Equipment Group

Join to apply for the EY Parthenon - Consultant or Senior Consultant - Capital Equipment Group role at EY-Parthenon. This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne or Meanjin – Brisbane.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in providing plant and equipment valuation and due diligence services, delivering expert advice and insights across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Perform thorough asset valuations and asset management due diligence, offering vital intelligence to clients in capital-intensive industries, enabling them to understand the true value of their asset portfolios.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A recent graduate or 1–2 years of work experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Property, Economics or Commerce seeking an exciting career path.
  • Professional experience in asset-related fields or engineering with large portfolios of high-value assets.
  • Asset management or engineering experience aiming to leverage skills in a new domain.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel-based financial analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word); experience with Power BI or other data analytics packages is advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal and client relationship skills; high personal drive and motivation to succeed in a growing team.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Data Science or Mathematics, Property and Construction, Commerce, or Finance is highly desirable.
  • Current AAPI, ASA or RICS qualification is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Prior experience in property, business and/or plant and equipment valuation is favored but not essential.
