Your opportunity

As a Café and Functions Assistant, you’ll be doing more than serving coffee – you’ll be creating an atmosphere that feels like home for our residents!

• Waitstaff (All‑Rounders who know how to read the room, carry three plates like second nature, and bring heart to every interaction. If you can make a proper barista coffee, pour a perfect glass of wine, and hold a conversation that makes someone’s day - you’re our kind of person.)
• Food & Beverage Attendants (with a calm, confident presence and a genuine love for hospitality. You’ll help set the tone for warm, attentive service, keeping things running smoothly while making our guests feel truly looked after. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, a soft spot for the seaside, and a natural warmth in the way you connect with others - especially those a little older and wiser - we’d love to hear from you.)

What’s required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
