Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Farm Manager or senior farm leadership role.
• Strong livestock and/or dairy farming experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the operation.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated Farm Managers who are looking for their next opportunity in Tasmania.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands‑on leadership role within a well-established farming operation, overseeing day‑to‑day farm activities while contributing to the ongoing performance, development and success of the business.

About the opportunity

As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of the farm, people, livestock and resources. You will play a key role in ensuring the operation is safe, productive and commercially successful.
