Job summary

Melba Support Services in Cheltenham, Victoria is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join a casual pool. You will provide daily living support in home or community settings, showing compassion, respect, and person-centred care while promoting teamwork and positive relationships within a values-driven, not-for-profit environment.

We support independent living, upholding human rights, and a zero-tolerance approach to violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence required.
• First Aid Certificate with CPR required.
