Job summary

Little Zak's Academy is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and grow one of our early childhood services in the Hunter Region, NSW. This role offers relocation support with opportunities to influence culture, operations and family engagement.

You will oversee staffing, compliance and budget management while driving occupancy and quality outcomes. A Diploma or degree in Early Childhood is required, with strong leadership and stakeholder skills essential.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree
• Previous experience as Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor is advantageous
• Comfortable taking on the responsibilities of Nominated Supervisor
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, National Regulations, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy, team performance, and service outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

About You
