GHD Pty Ltd in Brisbane is inviting expressions of interest for senior roles in Asset Advisory & Intelligence. We are seeking Executive Advisors, Senior Advisors and Advisors to translate complex asset management and reliability challenges into practical client advice.

You will work with energy, water, transport, mining, and heavy industry clients, delivering asset management, data insights and operational readiness consulting, with a strong focus on business development and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Data science or a related discipline.
• Senior Engineering candidates will need to be eligible for, or have attained CPEng with Engineers Australia or equivalent.
• Proven consulting experience in Water, Energy, Transport, Mining, Manufacturing or Resources industry providing asset management, reliability engineering, data and analytics, maintenance, operations services.

This Expression of Interest seeks senior professionals as we grow our Asset Advisory & Intelligence capability.Who are we looking for?

We are looking forExecutive Advisors, Senior Advisors and Advisors in the areas ofStrategic Asset Management, Data and Insights, Reliability Engineering, Operations and Maintenanceto join ourBusiness Advisory Asset Advisory & Intelligenceteam

In these roles you will principally provide asset management and operational readiness consulting services to asset intensive organisations - Transport, Water & Energy, Mining and Heavy Industry in the private and / or government sector.

With a strong focus on operational efficiency consulting, productivity improvement and driving real impact on operational excellence, you will thrive in this engaging environment.

We have opportunities in Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Using your expertise in the industries to successfully complete infrastructure asset management projects using your knowledge of the sector and by maximising industry contacts.


• Develop or lead data and system solutions to improve the operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure in asset intensive organisations.


• Build positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally within GHD.


• Act as a trusted advisor, using your experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver an outstanding client service.


• Develop asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes and systems and enable AM / MM and Reliability Engineering knowledge transfer and capability development - for clients


• Work collaboratively and effectively with team members to plan project resources and pursuits and deliver best in class solutions for our clients.


• Help clients to gain confidence that their projects are well managed and in safe hands with you and GHD.

What you will bring to the team:

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Data science or a related discipline. Senior Engineering candidates will need to eligible for, or have attained CPEng with Engineers Australia or equivalent


• Proven consulting experience in Water, Energy, Transport, Mining, Manufacturing or Resources industry providing asset management, reliability engineering, data and analytics, maintenance, operations services.


• Experience in the application of Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Operations and Maintenance strategies.


• Strong data manipulation and analytical skills will be regarded highly regarded


• An understanding of Operational Readiness, Care and Maintenance and Decarbonisation is also highly regarded.


• Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.


• Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.


• Proactive, professional, collaborative and personable approach.


• Effective and proven business development, networking and client relationship management skills.


• A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series and relevant industry guidance (IAM, GFMAM, IIMM)
