What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver goal-driven interventions that boost independence, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and co-design care plans that make a measurable difference.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary case conferencing with our incredible team of nurses, allied health professionals, case managers, and support workers.
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy, backed by mentoring and clinical governance support.
  • Use your clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving to help clients achieve their functional goals.
  • Travel within your region — we’ll sort you out KM reimbursement.
