A leading recruitment firm in Queensland is seeking an experienced Export Finance Officer responsible for managing the invoicing process and ensuring accurate export documentation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Letters of Credit, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with SAP. Qualifications

  • Proven, hands-on experience dealing with Letters of Credit (LCs) and managing documentation.
  • Experience preparing and managing crucial export documentation (e.g., Certificates of Origin).
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accurate financial documentation.
  • Experience in a similar role within the natural resources sector is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing process for sales and coordinate sales-related finances.
  • Provide support for Letters of Credit documentation and collate contract documents.
  • Administer demurrage and despatch payments, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Execute month-end sales and revenue tasks.
