Key Responsibilities :
  • Export Documentation: Prepare and process all export-related documentation, including shipping instructions, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and efficient support to international customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions and customer communications.
  • Problem Solving: Address any export-related issues or discrepancies, ensuring resolutions are provided in a timely manner.
About You :
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or export documentation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of export processes and regulations is a plus, but training can be provided.
