Job summary

MCI Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Sydney-based Creative Services team, delivering creative corporate events from brief through to on-site delivery and post-event review.

You’ll work with strategists, creatives, content specialists, producers, suppliers and clients to turn concepts into well‑executed experiences that connect with audiences, in a hands-on delivery role within a collaborative agency setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience delivering events, ideally within an agency.
• Experience with creative, experiential and audience-focused work.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing project delivery from brief to completion.
• Building project plans, budgets, schedules and run sheets.
• Help to build and translate creative concepts into realistic timelines, workflows and delivery requirements.
• Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, venues and production partners.
• Supporting client communication, approvals and stakeholder updates.
• Ensuring every project is created to provide a memorable experience, delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
