Led by Richard Phillips and Meredith Phillips alongside Doris Beck, and supported by a close‑knit team of 20 professionals, our practice is built on mutual respect, emotional intelligence, and genuine professional autonomy. We foster a collaborative and supportive culture where every team member is valued, ideas are encouraged, and individuals are empowered to grow while delivering exceptional patient and client care.

Our hospital is purpose‑built to support high‑level practice, featuring:

  • Dedicated surgical suite
  • Digital x‑ray including Dental with Rocket Pacs
  • Advanced Ultrasonography, echocardiogram
  • A strong commitment to a Fear Free approach

As one long‑term client shared:

“We have been taking our pets to WCVH for almost 20 years. Meredith, Doris and all the staff are wonderful, caring and go the extra mile. Highly recommend.” – Carlyn F

This role provides the chance to work with a supportive team, modern facilities, and a diverse caseload.

Daily responsibilities will include consulting and diagnosing patients, performing surgical and medical procedures, developing treatment plans, communicating with clients, collaborating closely with nurses and support staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient outcomes.

There are no afterhours or on call shifts,
