Job summary

Tyrepower Everton Hills is seeking a skilled Tyre Technician / Wheel Aligner to join our team in Everton Hills, QLD. This full-time role focuses on tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment for a range of vehicles, with an emphasis on safety and quality service.

You will diagnose wear patterns, perform wheel alignments, and provide clear reports to customers while maintaining a clean, efficient workshop. A minimum of 5 years' experience and a current manual license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tyre Fitter and Wheel Aligner.
• Experience operating wheel alignment equipment and interpreting alignment readings.
• Full manual car license required.
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced workshop.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove, repair, replace, fit and balance tyres for passenger vehicles, SUVs, 4WDs and light commercial vehicles.
• Perform wheel alignments using modern alignment equipment and provide customers with alignment reports.
• Diagnose tyre wear patterns, steering and suspension-related alignment issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Carry out puncture repairs and tyre inspections in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards before leaving the workshop.
• Maintain wheel alignment and tyre fitting equipment to a high standard.
