Job summary

Grill'd Healthy Burgers Indooroopilly QLD is seeking Experienced/Senior Team Members & Future Leaders to drive service excellence in a vibrant, fast-paced venue. You’ll lead by example, mentor teammates and help create unforgettable guest experiences throughout busy shifts.

Roles include ownership of key stations—grill, wrap, dress bench, floor or till—delivering confident, efficient service and training new team members to maintain smooth operations and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service leadership.
• Ability to lead by example during peak service times.
• Willingness to train and mentor new team members.
