Elite Attachments Australia – Bayswater North VIC is seeking an experienced Storeperson / Dispatch Operator to manage day-to-day warehouse and dispatch tasks. You will ensure accurate stock control, efficient order processing, and safe loading/unloading of goods in a hands-on role.

The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, a current forklift licence, strong computer and stock system skills, and a proven ability to work independently with reliability and initiative.

Responsibilities

Elite Attachments is an established Australian engineering company based in Bayswater, specialising in the manufacture of hydraulic quick hitches for the construction, mining, earthmoving and agriculture industries.

Due to strong growth we are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson / Dispatch Operator to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our warehouse and dispatch functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organised warehouse, ensuring accurate stock control, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse receiving, storage and dispatch activities.

Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.

Load and unload deliveries safely.

Coordinate freight bookings and transport requirements.

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and compliant with safety requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

About You
