Job summary

Bupa in Sydney seeks Registered Nurses to provide person-centred care to residents, supported by a close-knit team. You’ll build relationships with residents and families, delivering compassionate nursing that respects dignity and quality of life.

You’ll join a program that values clinical excellence, ongoing development, and supportive supervision, with shifts Mon–Fri AM/PM and a competitive hourly rate with penalties and allowances.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse (essential).
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Job description

Hourly rate: $41.36 to $52.67, based on experience, plus penalties and allowances

We have two Registered Nurse positions available:

• Monday to Friday, AM shifts
• Monday to Friday, PM shifts
